Playa de la Guirra is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura, close to the tourist resort of Caleta de Fuste. The beach section is more touristy and is characterised by its family-friendliness, as the fine, golden sand and gently sloping, clear water offer ideal conditions for families with children.

A feature of Playa de la Guirra are the partially accessible jetties, which serve as breakwaters and not only give the beach a special appearance, but also ensure calm water conditions and a pleasant swimming experience.

There are mainly hotels in the vicinity of the beach as well as a restaurant directly on the centre jetty, which offers a variety of food and drinks.
