Crystal clear natural pools
The Aguas Verdes natural pools are located on the west coast of Fuerteventura and offer the opportunity to swim in natural seawater pools. These unique pools were created by volcanic activity and natural wave action and offer a fascinating alternative to conventional beaches.
The pools are surrounded by impressive, cliff-like rocks that offer a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the deep blue Atlantic.
The location of the pools means that they are often sheltered from the wind and the water in the pools remains calm, which makes for a pleasant swimming experience, especially at low tide.
It is therefore always advisable to pay attention to the tides and the changing surf, which have an influence on the water conditions. The rocks around the pools are often slippery and sharp, so special care is required.
