Questa escursione \u00e8 ideale per gli amanti della natura, poich\u00e9 attraversa una valle tranquilla circondata da ripide pareti rocciose e ospita una variet\u00e0 di specie vegetali e animali.<\/p><p>Il Barranco de los Molinos \u00e8 un'oasi verde nel paesaggio altrimenti arido dell'isola. Il sentiero escursionistico segue un ruscello naturale che porta costantemente acqua e rivitalizza la gola. Lungo il percorso si incontrano diverse specie di uccelli, tra cui la rara oca dal petto rosso (Branta ruficollis), che con il suo petto rosso-marrone e il contrasto delle ali bianche e nere rappresenta un'attrazione particolare per gli appassionati di birdwatching.<\/p><p>Alla fine del percorso, una parete rocciosa verdeggiante attende gli escursionisti, alimentata da un corso d'acqua sotterraneo che raccoglie l'acqua piovana dal paesaggio circostante.
