Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, provided ashtrays are used and consideration is shown for other guests.

Pets are generally not allowed. In exceptional cases, prior arrangement can be made.
- Quiet periods
Please respect the quiet period between 22:00 and 08:00 - both indoors and outdoors, especially on the terrace or balcony.
- Parties
Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted in order to preserve the neighbourhood and the atmosphere.
- Outdoor area
Please store indoors parasols, seat cushions and other equipment overnight or in strong winds. This will keep them protected and the house in perfect condition.
- Waste disposal
Waste should be taken regularly to the designated containers (see category "Nearby“). Please separate your waste into organic, packaging, glass and general waste.
- House equipment
The house equipment must be handled with care. Please report any damage promptly so that a replacement can be organised quickly.

The air conditioning is located in the living room and in both bedrooms. Please switch off when leaving the accommodation.
